Ticker

Yep you read that right folks! For the record "just this once honey!" will never be uttered from Ryan's mouth EVER AGAIN!!! We are expecting #4 18months after #3, we never thought it would happen but it is and we're excited. Keep us in your prayers it's pretty obvious we'll need it! Especially now that Ryan is Elders Quorum President and Ellie is a major handful at church. Anyway there are tons out there that have done it before, I guess we'll join that joyful band wagon!!

Most of the happenings!

(I feel the same way!)

Life has been a little crazy the last few weeks. Lauren had her dance recital and did so well. We were pleasantly surprised that she did both dances perfectly. She also had her preschool end of year program, I would say Preschool graduation but she isn't graduating she has one more year! Reese had his last few weeks of school with all the fun activities to go along with that. My favorite is the dance festival they do at the end of the year with the entire school. It's mostly cheesey but so cute. So enough ramblings, who likes to read long posts anyway!?!

Lauren and I at the end of her dance recital, yes she's wearing make-up the only time she will until she's older! She did so well we're so proud of her, Ryan didn't feel like he waisted his money after all! :)

Laurens class and also the MWF class doing one of their cute songs!

Lauren and her two awesome teachers, Mrs. Correa and Mrs. Hansen
My little penguin!
Reese with his AMAZING teachers, Ms. Lindstrom and Mrs. Barger. These two have really helped Reese out this year, he wouldn't have gotten through without them!

Kids chilling with their buddies from Arizona, Weston and James! We miss you guys! Thanks for a fun evening!

My little girls! Ellers was sooo tired from our long Sunday!

P.S. We are now in a new ward, Lehi 43rd! We've really learned a lot from being in the 30th Ward and have made some good friends!

Happy Mothers Day

It was definitely an eventful Mothers Day this year.

Reese gave me his special surprises in the morning before church and it melted my heart! He's such a sweet boy, he always has been. He definitely made my morning. It was a good day!

It seems like every Mothers Day we have started a tradition and have a yummy King Crab leg dinner. It's at the request of my mudder and we love this idea! We've done it probably at least the last 2 Mothers Days. It's whatever my little mom wants. She works so hard she deserves to have whatever she wants!

Anyway I want to wish all the Mothers and special women in my life a Happy Mothers Day. I am definitely so grateful for my mom and all she's done for me in my life. Like I said before she works so hard and doesn't complain. She's an amazing strong woman. Ryan and I always say she's a silent rock! I love her so much and I'm so grateful they live in Utah so our kids can be close with them. And I can't forget Ryan's mom. I admire her most for her intelligence and strong spirit. I'm amazed at her knowledge of the gospel. re so glad we can have both of our parents close so our kids will be able to know their grandparents.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

(Ryan and his mom, I love how happy they both are!)

(My Grandma Valadez and I-she passed away when I was a sophmore in high school!)

(My Grandpa and Grandma Okamoto, they were so stinkin cute!)

P.S. Funny note: While I'm preparing my Mothers Day lesson for Young Womans on Saturday night I'm sitting at the desk and hear a little yelp from my bathroom. Lauren is in there yelling at me saying, "Mommy can you come and help me wipe my butt, I poo poo'd!" Lovely, I LOVE MOTHERS DAY!!!
