So our little twig boy does float!!! Reese just loved it. He's in the 6-8 year old class and was the only boy in his group, even has a female teacher, who's like 16!! Anyway I'm glad he enjoyed it and is so excited to be going everyday for the next week and a half.
p.s. putting Day 1 in the title doesn't mean I'm going to be blogging about every day he's in swim class, it's actually slightly boring for the moms! :)

How cute! I'm having a pool party for my brother-in-law's sister at our community pool tomorrow. Kids are fearless in the water. Seeing sixteen year olds in jobs makes me feel so old. I took a friend to get her ears peirced and the manager doing the peircing asked me if I was her mom. My friend was 24 by the way. This manager at Claire's looked 12! Oh what were we talking about....Reese, yes. Good luck little man!

Yeah swim lessons tend to be boring unless it is your kids turn, which never seems to be often enough. Hope you guys have fun!
Ah, the memories of me and my bros at O'niel pool in Bloomington, Illinois. Pretty soon ,Reese will be jumping off the high-dive and seeing how far he can swim underwater.
